I first saw the "American Bad Ass" music video on TV during a trip to the states. I was 13, I think. I remember really liking the part where the mud lady's butt jiggles.
Is that thrash jam actually part of the song? Or did they just put it in the video as filler?

As far as Linkin Park goes, you could do a lot worse than Somewhere I Belong.
The other song is by Kid Rock. So it’s an easy vote for Linkin Park here.

American Bad Ass is a hilariously terrible song. It might be the worst use of a sample I’ve ever heard. Like, they don’t even try to change it all. It’s just horrible rapping over a Metallica song. And man, I mean HORRIBLE rapping. Some of those lyrics are just....wow. Truly next level stuff.
Somewhere I Belong doesn’t do anything for me but it’s not egregious or anything.

ABA was the moment I realized how awful Kid Rock really was.
"Devil Without A Cause" is still a good album though.
vote for Linkin Park

Kid Rock will never not strike me as a joke that went on for too long.
On the other hand, I think I actually like Linkin Park more today than when they first came out.

Kid Rock is a buffoon but I appreciate that he seemed to have a sense of humor in an arena where dour melodrama reigned supreme. "American Bad Ass" is kind of a showcase for all his most lunkheaded tendencies, but Linkin Park always just felt way too whiny for me. Vote for Kid Rock.

Interesting counterpoint, KD.

What’s the Kid Rock song where he wipes his ass with Radiohead toilet paper in the video?
That has to be one of the funniest disses ever. It’s like a retard calling Stephen Hawking retarded.

I seem to remember Somewhere I Belong having a cool anime-ish video. I’m not clicking the video links since I’m on my cell data at the moment though.

Saw a guy with a Kid Rock for Senate sticker on his truck sandwiched between a Trump sticker and some other sticker that had too many words to read as he passed us. LP all the way.
