This can be a broad topic - gross violence, something hard to see like a rape scene, bad acting, shaky camera work, The Last Jedi, whatever.
Last night I watched an episode of the Americans where they had to fit a dead woman into a suitcase by breaking her limbs. I had to get up and walk around. It turned my stomach.

I had a pretty visceral reaction watching Todd Solondz's Palindromes, I was so mad at it

Steve Albini wrote:Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

The ending of Magnolia. The soundtrack (I guess intentionally?) drowns out the dialogue.

Fake encores.
Either the crowd wants it or not. Don't leave the house lights down and your instruments out, then half-ass it after half the audience leaves.

That ep of Deadwood where Dan pulled that dude’s eye out.
Black Swan, too, though I can’t remember what it was. Toenails?

The scene on the road in Nocturnal Animals. The movie is so good, but when I tried to re-watch it recently I could not get through it, it hurt me
