The first trilogy was his fall to the darkness the second had his redemption.
He has to turn up in this. Even as a ghost voice. Talking to kylo to snap him out of it.

It’s kinda suggested it’s happened in TFA (show me again the power of the darkness. Show me grandfather) but it’s probably Snoke been putting visions in his head.

It'd be cool to see Kylo and Rey fight on Mustafar. Kylo gets knocked down and looks at the ground. Then he looks up, and it's Anakin!

There's not been any evidence that sith return as force ghosts, right? In anything canon? Why would they introduce that now?
