Whats wrong with being hungry a few hours later?

Also, the raisins and almonds help with some added protein and caloric intake.

if i'm not getting at least five hours of satiation from a meal i've done something wrong

and all the above into regular greek yogurt and that might do the trick.

I get it. I often times have not eaten enough for breakfast only to lose m mind by 1230 which brings me to porking down a smothered burrito down at the ol Fiestas restaurant beneath my office.
