Actually, my post was a word-for-word quote of a "friend" on Facebook about how excited she was to find cheap eggs at Aldi.

I buy mine from a local farmer.

Well done, sir. Most of my local eggs are brown. However, on occasion I get some that are blue. I think the variety that lays them are called Ameraucanas.

i believe that variety of hen relies on the Human Bass for all of its fertilization-related needs

We do a lot of smoothie bowls with almond butter and chia/hemp seeds. We're getting pretty good protein as it is. I will probably do an egg on a salad for dinner tonight though.
you'll never achieve anything approaching an impressive lat flare with that kind of protein intake
