For sheer longevity and amount of good games, PS2 for sure.

If we are being honest it is probably one of the following based on when you played the most games...

SNES
PS2
PS4

"Most games" doesn't make "the best."

I would say those systems have a ton of great games in a bunch of genres. I was referring to the era/time in which you grew up playing the most amount of games.

They're not necessarily my favorite.

N64 and GameCube are the biggest childhood consoles for me, with SNES and NES bringing up the rear. I was never a PS kid.

I loved the 64 and GameCube too. Now I can look back and see there really weren't that many games on them.

I'm not listing my favorite consoles. I was listing the consensus best.

GameCube followed closely by N64, then SNES. I liked Atari too. But yeah, GC

Another underrated GameCube game? Timesplitters 2. I know it came to other systems, but it was so great on the GC controller.

PS2, easily. Ideal controller, games that were the best at the time and still stand the test of time.

PS2 controller wasn't that good though.
