Sausages can be used successfully in hundreds of dishes. Not sure about the linked dish though, didn’t look very good.

One time when we were grocery shopping, two little girls who were clearly sent by their parents to pick up forgotten ingredients spotted my wife and asked her for help finding the ground beef. When she asked the girls what they were trying to make, they said "hot dogs." Talk about a food wtf. Kids these days, amirite?
