A little meatball dish she used to call Porcupines because there was rice in the meatballs.
My sister made it recently but it wasn't the same.

My mom always made tuna patties because she didn’t like the little bones in the canned salmon. I like them both. We try to make them whenever we have beans and cornbread.

I should revisit them, like lenny its probably over 20 years for me but I sure do like them..I love those bones in the canned salmon

Actually, I like them too. A nice crunch in there every now and again.
We should all have a brand and cornbread night and we’ll all eat salmon patties and okra with them.
