I love the parachutes studio track, but always assumed they could never capture its quirky sing songy beauty. But they pull it off here. This was great. Why wasn't this in regular rotation?

Not a big fan of light years studio, but that's usually a song I think comes into its own live. So lets see...
(I thought they were going to break into Not For You at the start of this)

Stip's disdain for all things Binaural continues to befuddle me.
I like Parachutes a lot, but Light Years wins.

This is tough; Light Years is the better song, but it's a song that I think tended to suffer in the transition to live (Matt and Eddie had a tendency to play it way too fast); I also don't think the song's ever sounded great live outside of 2000. This version is a solid tempo, but it's a bit sloppy. Parachutes is a lesser song, but it's captured very well here. I'll go with Parachutes and probably end up changing my mind.
