Eating this now.
Loving it these days. We have it with pasta sauce instead of spaghetti, etc. Do you like keen wah?

You can load it with herbs, feta, ground bison, lots of stuff.

And what about, say, quinoa? As an ethically-motivated consumer looking for the full spectrum of essential amino acids within a vegan diet, quinoa is at first an incredibly attractive choice. But the ethics of your being a relatively privileged white man with easy access to quinoa are pretty messed up too.

Yea, we switched to farro when we realized that we didn't really like quinoa, and that even if we did, our purchase of it was having a really bad impact on a population that had subsisted on it for generations.
