On this day every year, a local radio station commemorates the greatest freestyle of all time, chopped and screwed by none other than the Originator, DJ Screw. THE soundtrack to a hot Houston summer. 35 straight minutes of some of the most free flowing verses you'll ever hear. Just a bunch of guys sitting around a living room with a mic, celebratina guy named DeMo's birthday. All night long. Hard to say who has the best verse. The fan favorite is Yungstar, obviously, but I've always been partial to the hard hitting Big Pokey verse. Big Moe's chorus is the stuff of legends. What a track.

I will definitely listen to some of this later when I’m playing Crash Team Racing, DJ Screw was a legend.
