Since you can tailgate for lots of things, not just sporting events, let’s discuss here in F&D.

Who else tailgates on the regular? Go-to foods, drinks, traditions?

I'm a sucker for traditional tailgating food, like brats and burgers, BBQ, etc.

My crew from the frat rotates to host our tailgate for Husky games.

The guys yesterday had a ton of Chic Fil A sandwiches. It was pretty baller.

Except Wendy's. They love everybody.

There will be a huge handmade BBQ to roast dozens of ducks for the 0regon game.

Most of the time the food hardly gets eaten and it’s all about the ice cold beer.

I’ll be bringing about twenty 30-packs from Costco when it’s my turn.

One of my most memorable tailgating experiences was Lollapalooza 2003 at White River Amphitheater in Auburn, WA. (Total shit venue in the middle of nowhere)

We brought beer but were told we had to use cups in the lot, couldn’t drink from the cans. Oops. The guy who drove had a water bottle, a Gatorade bottle, and a canister of tennis balls in his car. I ended up using the tennis ball canister.

In retrospect I can’t remember if we asked around for cups or not but if we didn’t we probably should have.
