"Dogs" might be my favorite Floyd tune.
"Wish You Were Here" is good, but it has open-mic/dorm room associations for me that do it no favors. If "On the Turning Away" is PF's "Sirens," this is their "Elderly Woman."

I voted for WYWH, but I’m totally fine with it losing, and I get why people vote against it. I just happen to like it’s legacy more than I like Dogs.

Dogs but very tough. Animals was my first grownup album. The album that really took time to digest. The anger that started on Wish You Were Here (alum) bubbles to the surface.
