The Wall runs deeper in my veins but each passing year more and more of it just feels so dull. I feel like there are a lot of minimalist ideas/sketches here that take much firmer shape on The Final Cut, and a lot of what's left has been run aground by radio over the years. "Goodbye Blue Sky" and "The Trial" are the two songs on this album I'm always glad to hear, otherwise I really have to be in the mood for it.

Piper is super catchy, trippy, psychedelic fun. I'm a lot more likely to reach for it these days. It gets my vote.
