Since 2013 there have been a number of local eats that have come up and done really well. Most of them in the Plaza District: The Mule, Empire Slice, and more recently Maples BBQ. Tuckers Onion Burgers is my personal favorite, the original located on 23rd Street, just north of the Plaza. There’s also several good local breweries producing a great selection of IPAs, stouts, and sours - Prairie Artisan Ales, Stonecloud, 405 Brewing. There are other breweries based out of Tulsa, that are also great, and you can find them in OKC pubs.

By all means, go to Chilis if that’s your thing. But OKC has more to offer than chains.

got GA. Still feels like I’d need to get to the venue super early if I wanted to be close.

lol, I specifically want GA at my show because I want the back of GA. That way I can not be close to anybody if I don't want to.
