Liver and onions (the dish. I like onions by themselves, but not with beef liver)

The right context is the garbage bin

Actually, I had one of those new meatless meat patties the other day. They are the worst. Quit trying to reinvent the taste of a hamburger in something that isn't. If you don't eat meat, that is fine, just be satisfied with a gardenburger, or black bean patty, or whatever else and accept that you can't eat a hamburger.

Yeah how horrible people trying to keep from succumbing to their beef craving by inventing an environmentally friendly workaround HOW AWFUL

That isn't what I'm saying at all, Jorge, and you know it. Vegetarians/Vegans aren't horrible people.

Also, pretty sure it's already been shown that the new meatless patties that are hot right now (impossible, etc.) are not eco-friendly. But I could be wrong. Thought I read a few things on it.

Anyway, I don't care to argue that point because I don't know enough about it. I just know they taste awful, so that is my answer for your thread topic.

Now go say something nice about me in that thread in GD. I'll await your backhanded compliment over there.

Yeah, sweet potatoes are awful.

Liver and onions are great, especially with some bacon in there.

Worst is nata de coco, joikacakes, sour herring, old stale bread, and probably lots of other old or badly cooked things. Most things are good when made by a great chef, or made by me at home.
