I saw them go undercover in a nearby town to bust cars that were violating pedestrian crosswalk rights

A cop once pulled over when I had a flat tire. Stayed with me until the tow truck came. Super nice guy.

i’ve never had a positive personal experience with one...granted i’ve had very few experiences total

that being said, i’m sure there are good ones

One time, a cop pulled over bc I was double parked infront of a restaurant waiting for my grandma, so she wouldn't have to attempt to walk multiple blocks to my car with her walker down a North End sidewalk, and he thought it would be helpful to stand next to my car and look mad while I helped her get out of the restaurant and into my car. Super thoughtful of him.

I met a couple of nice cops though my kids' Scouting events.

Anyone I've ever bumped into was a bigger dick than they needed to be.

No, I take that back. I got thrown out of Ohio Stadium while I was in college for drinking in the stadium. That cop was a pretty nice guy about it.

My next door neighbor is a cop. He's also black. I don't know what to think about it.

I was thinking today that I have had 4 instances I can remember where I was stopped for speeding and/or running a stop sign and i was apologetic and the cop was nice and didn’t give me a ticket
