This game probably deserves its own thread. Looks huge.
I just preordered a PS4 version, seeing how it's going to be 60fps on PS5. And it's going to be fun to compare and contrast the free next-gen update whenever it comes out next year.

tree, you want to retroactively draft this in the video games tournament before it comes out?

I'm not as sure about this as I was RDR2, but considering how easy it is to predict this is going to be a great game I don't see why that wouldn't be a good idea. It probably puts me over the top and I win the tournament.

Probably. I wonder how long it will take to DL updates and install with my shitty internet.

I hope it doesn't, but it will surely be the inferior version.

I'm really happy to hear it's much more of a very-slow-burn RPG and not an action-packed FPS. I'm happy I didn't let myself get hyped about this game until now. Thursday is so soon and I'm just now excited.

Reviews look great, but they do mention a lot of bad bugs. Hopefully they can patch these up relatively quickly.

I canceled my order. One reviewer said a game breaking bug occurred every 30 minutes to an hour. Gonna wait a while to buy this and maybe more bugs will be fixed by then.

Not the tremendous amount of praise I was expecting from the big review sites.

Consoles have a day one patch but none of the reviews are on console.
I for one am happy to hear the story is “only” 26 hours.

Same. They've mentioned that it is intended to be replayed multiple times.
