Hard to Imagine is really strong.

But Gods' Dice is a workhorse of a song I can always depend on. Doesn't matter my mood or what kind of PJ song I'm seeking, it fits the bill.

Gods' Dice for me.

This is hard . Gods’ Dice is a good rock song. Hard to Imagine has that great build. A toss up but I went with Hard to Imagine.

Easy vote for Hard To Imagine, but this has made me curious to go back and compare the original vs. the Lost Dogs version. I can't recall exactly what's different and which I prefer.

Yeah, I recall being slightly thrown when we got the Lost Dogs version and not loving it quite as much, but now that's the one I always end up putting on through Spotify.

Yeah, the difference I notice immediately is that the guitars are turned way up on the Lost Dogs version. The thing that always hooked me on Hard to Imagine was the build to the last minute which just makes that final stretch so intense. You need the guitars quiet in the beginning to truly get that effect. It also feels like they added a distortion or something to it which feels more blended if that makes sense.

The drum track is different on the original, as well.

I don't like either of these much, but GD is worse.

I think Gods’ Dice could be a five star song with Riot Act production values. The studio cut sounds pinched and narrow and somewhat neutered.

But then I literally think they should spend a week in the studio and just bang out a bunch of their back catalog using the exact same setup and mix as Riot Act.
