I might have to give it to Ole because i find it a little more interesting musically.

Not in love with either of these but they both have elements I like a fair bit. Green Disease has a pretty strong chorus (I really like the sound and feel of it) but the verses have not aged well. Similar to Soon Forget it is way to on the nose, and the G-R-E-E-D stuff is...not great. Eddie really needed someone to reign in his worst lyrical excesses on Riot Act. When he is bad he is at his worst.

I really dislike the first half of ole - verse - chorus - performance. Everything. But I really like Mike's solo and the call and response outro is pretty cool and the precursor to the amazing Mind Your Manners. I might give Ole the vote simply for laying the groundwork. I think I will.

I kindaaa like Ole. Its not a good song, but i was in NY when they played it and it has a good place in my heart. Musically, it also has its moments.

Ha, this is a weird one. I love Green Disease musically, but the lyrics missed the mark for me way back when I was 21 and hated W. So, yeah, they've only gotten worse with time. Still, it's a song I've always liked a lot.

I tend to forget about Ole entirely, but whenever I listen to it I really enjoy it. I think it's getting my vote here.

I'm going with Ole based on the strength of the music and that final minute and a half (stip likened the end to Mind Your Manners, and while I like that song overall better, I prefer this ending; I just wish it went on a bit longer). Both of these songs have pretty abysmal lyrics, and Green Disease remains, for me, Riot Act's only out-and-out dud.

Ole's not as bad as I remember it being.

Green Disease has come around for me. I try not to focus on the too on the nose lyrics and let Ed's cadence and music takeover. I quite like it now.

Ole is a cute one-off type song. Except when Ed gets triggered by a fellow RM'er.

Green Disease is actually really solid, and there are some decent versions out there. I really like the Grand Rapids version.

Ole is a bad song.

Green Disease is going to win (and probably should) and I'm good with that. But voting for Ole because it doesn't get enough love and I'd be thrilled to see it advance.

Ole should have been on Backspacer.
