Come Back vs. Big Wave

I would like Big Wave a lot more with different lyrics. The music is fun. But it's still second from the bottom on S/T for me. Come Back was really done a huge disservice by the S/T production. The song itself is pretty lovely. Great imagery, and a pretty powerful ending. I think it's number 5 for me on S/T. Solid 4 star song and an easy vote.

If Come Back had the production of Half Full, it’d be something else

Big Wave does nothing for me. It falls into that same generic rocker space as songs like Supersonic and Never Destination. Come Back isn't mind blowing, and it certainly won't last long here, but it's better than Big Wave.

Come Back is a wonderful song, and i particulary like how it sounds on the Spotify Mix. But ill go with Big Wave, specially because of the groove and the fucking amazing guitars.

This should be an absolute blowout.

I'm trying to remember Big Wave, but I keep singing Mike Watt's Big Train in my head.

I like Big Wave, but I like Come Back a lot.

Big Wave has slowly become the song I most look forward to in S/T. I can't say it's my favorite on the album butb it's up there.

Come Back is lovely. Ultimately, I'm fine with either song winning. Both deserve to advance, really. I just vibe hard on Big Wave.
