This statement leaves your vote in this match-up unclear.E.H. Ruddock wrote:I've had the honor of hearing TM the very first time it was played live. Mike tried it out at a Flight to Mars show of which I was in attendance. Suck it, losers.
i like thats a thing eddie did when he learnt the news..you can hear the sadness. Besides PJ doesnt seem to exploit their friend´s deaths by releasing a song, so im alright with this.stip wrote:I don't really like either of these. 4/20/02 is a raw performance, but it's a bit too much of a sketch and I feel like Layne deserved a complete thought.
Turning Mist sounds like a bad Beatles/Oasis song. And those aren't bands whose good work I like, so this is a non-starter. What happened to Mike as a song writer. I'm trying to think of the last great thing he did.
I definitely lean toward TVG in this debate. But I also like the idea of the song more than the song.VinylGuy wrote:i like thats a thing eddie did when he learnt the news..you can hear the sadness. It was a hidden track. It's not like they even used it as promotion.stip wrote:fair enough, but then they did release itVinylGuy wrote:i like thats a thing eddie did when he learnt the news..you can hear the sadness. yeah, they released it as a hidden track so nobody is grabbing the album because of the song. I think Ed explains it in the pJ20 bookstip wrote:fair enough, but then they did release itVinylGuy wrote:i like thats a thing eddie did when he learnt the news..you can hear the sadness.
