Fatal, but two solid songs.

Life Wasted

one of my favs

Life Wasted, especially after what was a ten year period with maybe only 3-4 songs in this vein, felt like such a gift. I love its ramshackle grit, the huge riff, the hanging spaces in between, the lyrical content, the frazzled delivery, the wavering bridge, the massive solo. It is a true 5 star song for me, one I never get tired of.


Fatal creates a cool, sparse atmosphere. I've just never felt like they filled it with anything that lingered for me, and I think there is some intentionality behind that false start crescendo the song builds to towards the end, but it ends up feeling just a little bit underwhelming.

Both are great, but giving the nod to Life Wasted.

Am I the only one who sees the irony in alot of these matchups....fatal vs life wasted...really?

Fatal. Because it kills a life wasted.

Fatal, easily.

Not a big fan of either. Slight edge to Life Wasted.

Life Wasted for me.
