Jeremy is one of my favorite songs of all time, and top 3 PJ for me.

It’s got that early 90s grunge feel to it, and is a stone cold classic in their discography. But it both feels a little outdated and to someone who has has been a fan since those times, overplayed.

Around The Bend has a timeless charm to it, and it makes my baby smile.

"Titanic achievement" is overselling it.

In a comparative sense I just don't respond to the songs from Ten that have Eddie free-versing over repetitive riffs in the same way that I respond to the songs from Vitalogy onward that have more integral musical qualities -- a more deliberate relationship between chords and melody, richer harmonic textures, etc. I like Ten and many of its songs are special to me for a variety of reasons, and on the right day, in the right mood, there's nothing like them. But something like "Around the Bend" just registers more deeply with me more often. Easy vote for me.

Around the Bend is fine but not something that has ever resonated with me.

I wasnt a fan of Jeremy back in the day. Never cared much, not sure why..maybe because it was too dramatic? It was a weird song for me as a kid. But along the way, something changed and i could hear what an incredible song this is...not only in the live setting, but the studio version. Its such a weird single and it works so good.

Its one of their top 5 songs for sure.

I'd much rather listen to Around The Bend, but Jeremy is the better song and gets my vote here.
