Black, but only because of the Unplugged version being one of the best rock music performances I’ve ever seen. Would reach for Thin Air first under any other circumstance

I'll probably go with Black in the end, though I'm tempted; the song, or at least how the band did it on record, really has not aged well for me. I think the song is one of the few PJ songs where I never return back to the studio version, opting for a version from later in their years when it's shaken off some of Ten's more dated attributes.

This is pretty true for me, too, but it's what it does live that makes me wonder if it's their best song.

My wife and I walked down the aisle together to Thin Air after we were married. The song just means so much to me.

But Black is Black.
