epilogue:
LOVE
Fight Club
Coens
2001
and then it drops off pretty hard
John Goodman is pretty good but not great in my book
Ruddo:
Raging Bull and Goodfellas are top notch but same director .. kinda cheap
Tropic Thunder has its laughs but pretty choppy and lame overall
Brad Pitt is average to me, overall
Ridley Scott is hit and miss
Sicario was really well made but bored me to tears
Blanchett is great
gotta go epilogue for the great ones
plus kudos for a couple risky picks

Another tough matchup. I'll have to think on it.
Turns out we're pretty good at picking movies.

Joey took Anna Kendrick as one of his acting picks

Sometimes I disagree with epilogue vehemently on entertainment issues, so I forget how closely I actually align with him.

Ruddock's list gets stronger as it goes, but I think I gotta go with epilogue. Anna Kendrick is just too adorkable. Plus Fight Club, Coens, and Goodman are hard to beat.

Steve Albini wrote:Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Cohen Bros, 2001, and John Goodman give epilogue the edge

I am in love with Cate Blanchett. Let me do a quick Google Image search and see if that changes my mind.
