I wonder whether a recording of Dollar Short (Alive) will ever turn up. According to Stone, Andy wrote lyrics and they played it live atleast once.

I only made it thru about half of that and nothing was even remotely reminiscent of Black. They both have E minor chords, but that’s about it.

For a brief moment a similar riff appears....
The riff that connects "I know she gave me all that she was....." and "and now my bitter hands"
