Easy vote for Release. Two similarish songs, and one is just categorically better

Release but I don’t think it’s that easy. There’s an almost false build that structures the riff in Wash that makes it one of the more interesting Ten era songs, one I wish opened Ten with Release the closer. Would have been nice bookends.

I fully recognize the total greatness of Release, but I just like Wash better.

that would have been cool. And wash is probably more interesting, musically. But "I'll ride the wave where it takes me" or "I'll wait up in the dark for you to speak to me" are just indescribable moments where release enters another plane and takes you places no other song can go

Release is number one for me. My all time favorite song. I’d love to see it win this tournament at some point. It’s a totally worthy champion.
