Is Sex really the new single? I thought that song came out in 2012.

I couldn't get through more than a minute of any of those songs. Dreadful.

Settle Down is the newest single.

The first song is decent. The second and third are fucking horrible.

Ahh, ok. I misread your post.
Anyways, I've always liked them. They remind me a bit of The Big Pink, although I probably prefer The Big Pink.

i saw these guys on a whim during sxsw a few years ago.
as they were setting up, all i saw were massive pedal boards, black leather clothing, tattoos, and crazy haircuts.
hey, when you see a band on a whim and know absolutely nothing about them, your stereotypes take over.
my first thought was, oh shit what have i stumbled upon here.
and then they played "chocolate". :/
the exact midpoint between Bush and the Jonas Brothers

Seriously, this is some of the gayest crap I've ever heard. And not just because it's British.

fantastic show last night. It's been forever since I've seen a band in a club setting. This was a sell out show and given the demand for tix made the show move to a bigger venue once already, they could have easily sold out a second show. Fantastic energy for most of the show, more intimate for the ballads. Even their sax player got a huge pop when he came out for the 2 songs they use him for.
Highlight songs:
Healy sits down on the drum riser, lights dim and creates in intimate setting for this confessional track.
Great late night track, fitting of the evening.
They repeatedly said they were surprised by the show of support for the Calgary show, as there was a long lineup even before doors opened. The opening band was rather happy about it.
Their coachella set was good, this was better.
Def worth checkin out.

They had to move the Orlando show coming up in a few weeks to a larger venue too. I'm hoping to make it out. A co-worker of mine got a few free tickets from one of the other DJs, so I'm hoping to with him.

I took my daughter to see these guys at the Showbox a couple of weeks ago. She had a great time. I had never seen a line to get in like the line that night and I have been to a lot of shows.

These guys and Tegan and Sara are my 10-year-old daughter's favorite bands. I'll go to the T&S shows with her and make the wife take her to see these guys.
