Anyone else a cheese lover?

I spent way too much on some Humboldt Fog yesterday, but was worth it today when combined with an heirloom tomato and some sea salt.

The inlaws always bring us back cheese when they go to their place in France. This time it was mimolette and Comte :heartbeat:
I also have some cambozola and manchego which I got from the supermarket, and it's pretty good stuff.

We'll eat it with grapes, or maybe some quince paste and some really good bread.

I occasionally see it at world market when I pick up some Vegemite. Do you have one of those nearby, spike?

I would consider cheese its own food group, adore it.

The wife and I finally visited a cheese farm in state a few months ago, amazing offerings. We picked up 1/3 lb of three varieties the first time and ~ 1/4 lb of four the last. Don't want to buy too much especially the pungent ones. Their blue is simply incredible and was a terrific top to a fresh burger.

At the supermarket I tend to only purchase ricotta, which is made the next town over.

This is one thread I won't let derail and will mod the crap out of it if need be.

Mmm. Cheese.
