what do you use oats for? oatmeal? oatmeal raisin cookies? oat bran muffins? meatloaf? breads? smoothies?

i'd like for this thread to serve as a home to recipes featuring oats--of all kinds.

If I’m being honest, I don’t much care for it. The grocery was completely out of almond milk so I thought I’d try this. It’s still better than soy milk, but most things are.
