You Tube posts

There are posts with You Tube videos embedded that only show up as a huge blank space in the post for me. Others I see fine. I know the ones posted by Strat I can never see. Any ideas why?

There are two YouTube codes, so that's probably why some are ok.

It actually says to use yt above the text box.

Using the [yt][/yt] youtube code and trying to use a timestamp on it to get a vid to start at a specific time (using "?t=00m00s" as an add on to the link).
Can't get it to work. Is there an ability to start a YT vid at a specifc time on RM or is it "whole video or none" sort of deal?
