Blueberry for pancakes or bread with brown cheese, strawberry for cereal with milk, raspberry for northern Norwegian waffles, apple for bread with white cheese, apricot or orange marmalade for toast bread, cloudberry mixed with cream for dessert.

I put no sugar on, use strawberry jam without sugar, milk with 1% fat, and usually eat a cereal like this:
If I have, I also add fresh strawberries and blueberries.
