After announcing this week that 2014 is the last year for Big Day Out in Perth, we are extending a warm invitation to Pearl Jam fans to come down to Arena Joondalup tomorrow, Sunday February 2nd, where all tickets purchased at the gate after 6:00PM will be available for $100 all inclusive.

This is the first time Pearl Jam have played a festival in Australia, and with a cracking 2.5 hour full concert set lined up for tomorrow, it's not one to be missed!

about how long have the other BDO shows been?

Anyone definitely going to this? I hope Varis gets along after 6 and hits VC then PJ. VC were immense.

All about 2.5 hr. Sydney was 2hr45. Tonight could be a long one being the band's last show til June.

The power is pretty awesome. But has the wrong venue name on it as they changed venue apparently?

I didn't pull the trigger on this one in the end. I gave Eddie Vedder the flick and instead spent the evening with my son and a bad movie.

I'm not complaining - Zac had the option but decided he just wanted to spend his last night before re-hitting boarding school with his old man having a quiety.

And you know what? I'm alright with that.

(Ed offers a toast and a chance to catch his breath. He starts to list a bunch of small towns in Western Australia. He even offers to buy beer all night if someone can prove by drivers license that they are from Dogswamp.)

(Ed thanks the bands, the crew, the local crew and most of all the audience for making the shows so memorable. He has a young couple that he had spotted earlier come up on stage so they can watch from the side. He thinks the couple look like they are really in love and have great attitudes. When they get on stage he wants them to hold his wine while he plays but they appear to be under age. He dedicates the next song to them.)
