Curious about your experiences with hotel breakfasts. What's the best one you've had? Which chain has the best? Buffet or room service? Continental or American style?

I love being incontinent!

Continental breakfast buffets appear to be the standard at most hotels here in Argentina. Goes hand in hand with Argentines' overall dispassionate approach to breakfast.

I once stayed at a B&B in Nachitoches, Louisiana that provided two eggs, milk, butter, a mixing bowl, and Pioneer brand pancake mix.

Set right outside our door with printed instructions and an invitation to the kitchen for a 30 minute window.

It was amazing.

I do enjoy taking the morning paper at a hotel breakfast venue.

Oh I meant how are their hotel breakfasts better? Like better quality ingredients? Or different, better dishes? I've never stayed at a hotel in Europe

I've always found european breakfast sausages look funny and taste much different

Yeah they are definitely more "bratwursty" and less "breakfast sausagey"

I ordered room service breakfast in Hamburg once, and it was the most massive meats and cheeses spread imaginable.
