I brush twice a day. I struggle to floss, but I recently purchased one of these:
Listerine UltraClean Access Flosser WITH Refill Pack (Pack Of 1)

I brush twice a day. I do not struggle to floss, and I purchase one of these:

This is the toothpaste I use. It uses nano-hydroxyapatite instead of flouride.
The only downside is that it doesn't really foam up very much.

Once a day with electric toothbrush. Never floss. Mouthwash almost every day.

Generally morning. When I work from home it does vary occasionally.
Also say it’s a Saturday and I don’t go anywhere until the afternoon, I’m more likely to brush right before leaving.

brush 2x per day..never floss..had dentist appointment last week, first one in probably 5 years..no cavities

i have soft teeth. if i don't brush twice a day and floss often I will have lots of cavities
