I cant make it to the MSG show, 1 ticket for sale

Hello, I cant make it to the show, I bought the ticket on Stubhub some years back, pre-covid. I paid $700.00 for it. I just want to break even, I will be taxed on the sale so I'm selling it at $1199.00. Its in an upper box lounge directly facing the stage. Thanks
