I came across this guy Dr. Eric Berg on YouTube and he goes on and on about keto and intermittent fasting, which are great, but the more I watch, the more his credibility is unraveling. He's using known methods and trying to put his own twist on it. Turns out he's just a chiropractor. He's also a Scientologist who got sued for forcing Scientology on his employees. He has over 3 million followers. YouTube is hilarious.

I watch chiropractor videos on YouTube for the insane cracks. Love the sound. Dr. Tubio delivers the best. His beck move is great. Dr. Cipriano seems to require his female clients to wear yoga pants and spirts bras.
Anyway, here is my question: is there really long-term relief from any of those cracks? When I crack my knuckles in the morning, it does relieve stiffness, but I crack them all day long. I have students cracking backs and necks all the time. Satisfying sound, but is there any real benefit?

No, I really am a doctor. It’s just that unlike those vain phd’s and md’s, I don’t insist that everyone refer to me as “doctor.”
