Another really good one. Why don't they play it live in the sit down set? I know they played it like once recently but it's so rare.

I like this song, but I've never quite understood the praise it gets around here. It's probably because I was raised jewish

I mean, I dont think its like top tier...but it just seems weird they play almost every song in their catalog, and not this one. I dont really know what it has to do with Christmas though. I dont understand the lyrics it could be about anything for all I know

It's definitely not bad but I'm never drawn to actually listen to it.

I have no doubt. Sleight of Hand would be in mine. I'm just genuinely interested in a fan's top 5 when one is Strangest Tribe.

Similar could be said about a lot of their material that has sacred cow status among part of the fan base.

I think it's a big flaw for a song to lack something that draws you to it. It's difficult to isolate what that is but writing songs that people are drawn to is what makes a songwriter good and their career viable.
