There's some stupid dog outside that won't stop yelping.

the house behind ours...they have the yappingest fucking dog, named pepper. i know this because pepper would bark incessantly, and her owner would come out, and say things like, "pepper, shut your damn mouth." we got tired of pepper, so my wife called the city and filed a noise complaint.

it worked.

Oliver Chud IS the noisy dog in our neighborhood. I fully believe all our neighbors hate us. One has already recommended we dose him up with CBD every day.
