What's the deal with Brendan Fraser?
Why is everyone treating him like a Make A Wish kid?

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

He never stopped acting, he just wasn't in high profile stuff. But he's been around the whole time

I haven't seen The Mummy since it came out, but I remember it being ok. I struggle to think of any other movies with Brendan Fraser in them.

Re: What's the deal with Brendan Fraser?
I've never liked B. Fraser, even at the height of his fame. Just rubbed me incorrectly. I can see why some people were into his thang though; he has some charisma. Do you guys remember that movie with him and Ad. Sandler in which they took over a radio station with (fake?) guns to promote their music? that was on Comedy central alot 2. Airheads.

Encino Man was big in my house because my sister was a nineties teen and thus into Pauly Shore. And then Blast from the Past was another movie that was oft-replayed in my house later on

Re: What's the deal with Brendan Fraser?
I have trouble picturing Brendan Fraser without him morphing into Jerry O'Connell, and vice versa
