Party Down (reboot/sequel)

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

I guess Lizzy Caplan didn’t come back but that’s not an insurmountable loss. I never really felt like this show was begging for a new season, mainly because Adam Scott more or less played the same character in Parks and Rec and the other cast members mostly went on to do stuff I liked. But I’ll still sign up for a Starz trial to watch it.

Will this be one of the rare reboots that doesn't suck?

I've heard great things. Looks like it's on Hulu at the moment. I might give it a watch.

I love the show and will definitely be watching this. It's too bad Lizzy Caplan couldn't be in it.

Ken Marino alone is worth the price of admission. That guy is a treasure.

Yes he is.

I didn’t fall in love with this show like Alex and Malloy have, but it’s enjoyable. I’ll never pass up Marino or Adam Scott.
