I painted something for the first time and now I'm scared

On Saturday, I finally put brushes into paint and painted onto a canvass like abstract art. Just smearing and dabbing and whatevering while sitting in my friend's kitchen and talking with her and another friend.
Then when it was done, me and my friend started inspecting it and we found 1,297 faces, 45 animals , 79 images that were photographed in black and white from circa 1950, and a million other humanoids doing bloody things with knives inside layered buildings. Lol, I swear , no booze or other stuff was involved in the process.
Gene Simmons, the last supper, all the Beatles in full Sergeant pepper attire, mick jagger and the black biker from YMCA singing into each other's face, a basketball court with only ghost players, an ape dragging a body and looking behind him to see if anyone was looking, etc
Thing is, I didn't actually paint any of it . "pareidolia" is the reason we see these things but I'm just freaked the f out because is this my subconscious, ,? The painting itself as a whole, like if was hanging on the wall might be "oh that's cool" but it's the juicy bits inside that are WTF . And everytime I look at it and also hold the picture at another angle, it's another adventure into visual wtfness
I'm just glad my friend saw the same exact images, and that I saw the things she pointed out. Otherwise I would think I was going mad.
I know nothing about art except when I recently researched and figured out the method I used is abstract expressionism I guess. I've been doing the same all my life via doodles with a pen, but this for the first time with actual paint.
