There are also stealth ALD recordings that people made at shows that technically qualify as soundboards but are merely mono quality and have been combined with audience recordings to give them an ambience that is at least somewhat realistic. These shows are sometimes enjoyable. 10/2/96 Hartford is a good example from 1996. But sadly, the people who made them have never circulated the raw source material as far as I know, so we'll probably have to live with their somewhat primitive attempts forever.
