I keep well hydrated these days, so I'm almost always pale yellow.

I have recently started sitting down to pee more frequently - mostly at night.

i would add that if you are actually peeing brown then you probably have a kidney problem and should see a doctor ASAP or you might die

I didn't use a chart that included medical problems because I want to keep this thread light (like the color of my pee)
