I adore Elliott Smith and I was delighted when I first learned that the band was going to record one of his songs, but I can't vote for a cover over an original.

This is a good analogy. I like the tune but it seems like they left a bit on the table with it.
Christian Brothers is an interesting tune, never heard either version before.
Gonna go with Domesticated Animals, partly for Zeb's original over cover reason.

Album is a stinker, but I'll happily vote for "The Evil Has Landed". Mr. Shoes makes that song his bitch, and Jon's drumming is nothing to sneeze at.
