De Niro has more good movies (about 30 to 20 in my estimation) and have achieved a higher level of performance (at his best in the 70s to early 80s).

Both were better early on, and The Godfather movies (only 1 and 2) would not have been the same with any other actor than Pacino.

De Niro may have the worst movies as well.
