Not only does this person have plenty of time for that, they have plenty of time to pre-plan it. So far there have been at least a dozen second accounts created in the last couple of years that are dormant. The SaucinOnU account was created and activated in 2020! I'm sure there are more we don't know about yet.

We don't all have a sheet of paper next to our computers with the credentials of the dormant RMs accounts that we create every 4-6 months? I had to get a second sheet of paper.

pretty impressed at the level of dedication to create and maintain sleeper cell logins

that said the practical reality is they were probably created to manipulate votes in march madness polls (aka pulling a ‘Diebold Ohio’)
