Yesterday we started a new job and part of that is usually taking stuff off of the walls (we ask the customers to do this, but they rarely do)

I went to remove a fake deer head (kind of weird, no?) off of the wall and the antlers fell out of the head and broke on the floor. For some reason they weren't attached to the head, they were just resting in shallow holes.

I told the lady what happened and she was fine with it (one of the antlers had been previously glued, so I wasn't the first person to drop them)

It was a little embarrassing because I had just had to tell her that I broke one of her light switches (that one was my fault)

was it a one day job or are there again today?

It's actually a three day job (owing mostly to dry times - there was a fair amount of mudding and it's going to require 3 coats because of the color)

since there are coats of paint, why aren't there jackets of paint? or hoodies, even?

do you bring your lunch or go out for a bit?

I like to bring my lunch cause it's such a long walk out the building and through the parking lot to my car
