Surely somebody on this board vapes. It will be interesting to see if they will admit to doing something so embarrassing.

Here's a question as a former smoker who hasn't really thought about this stuff: Is it worse to smoke a pack of cigarettes or the equivalent of vape? What would be the vape equivalent to a pack of fags?

In theory vaping would be better, but I don't trust it personally.

The main factor in favor of cigarettes is that they look cooler and aren't flavored like candy.

I switched from vaping to glass because the flavors hit way better, and the cleaning is easier than I thought it'd be. I got curious and started looking at bongs online, and there’s actually a huge selection that isn't overpriced. Found a solid piece that works way smoother than any vape I’ve tried and doesn’t leave that weird plastic taste.

Never tried it. I was a relatively light smoker (1/2 pack a day of Marb lights) but quit 19 years ago when we got pregnant and haven’t touched one since. I do miss it sometimes. Smoked Peter Jacksons during my stint in Australia since American cigs were insanely priced imports.

Aesthetically, vaping looks dumb as shit. Smoking still looks cool, I think. If I was suddenly told I had months to live, I’d start again. I never smoked in my house. Love stepping out on the deck on a chilly evening and focusing on my breath and listening to nature and machinery coexisting.

my guess would be that if you stop poisoning your lungs with toxic chemicals that yes you might notice a change in sleep or energy levels
